Work package

WP1 – Project Managment

The objective of WP1 is the efficient overall coordination, implementation and quality assurance of the project “EUREKA Test.EPS”. This includes the monitoring of the work, planning, communication and coordination with the project partners, associated partners, and the funding agency as well as the coordination of the content and organisation of the project.

The WP consist of three tasks:

• Task 1.1: Project Management
• Task 1.2: Quality- and Data Management
• Task 1.3: Risk Management
